GUIDELINE
本ガイドラインは、当方（以下「運営」といいます。）が展開するコンテンツに関するファン創作活動について、適切かつ円滑な実施を目的として定めるものです。
These guidelines are established to ensure the proper and smooth execution of fan-created works related to content developed and operated by us (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
本ガイドラインにおける「ファン創作」とは、運営のキャラクター・設定・配信内容等をもとに、個人または団体が創作するイラスト、漫画、動画、音声、文章、立体物等の二次創作物を指します。
For the purposes of these guidelines, “fan creations” refer to derivative works such as illustrations, comics, videos, audio, written works, and 3D creations produced by individuals or groups based on the Operator’s characters, settings, or distributed content.
X（旧Twitter）におけるファン創作の投稿時には、以下のハッシュタグの使用を推奨します。

当該タグが付与された投稿について、運営が巡回・確認を行う場合があります。
When posting fan creations on X (formerly Twitter), the use of the following hashtag is recommended:

Please note that posts using this tag may be reviewed or monitored by the Operator.
ファン創作は、非営利または個人の趣味の範囲において自由に行うことができます。ただし、以下の条件を満たす必要があります。
本ガイドラインおよび各種法令を遵守すること
第三者の権利を侵害しないこと
Fan creations are permitted freely within the scope of non-commercial or personal hobby activities, provided that the following conditions are met:
Compliance with these guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations
No infringement of third-party rights
以下に該当する創作・利用は禁止とします。
法令または公序良俗に反する内容
過度な暴力表現、性的表現、またはそれに準ずる内容
特定の個人・団体・思想・宗教・政治的主張への誹謗中傷や攻撃を含む内容
公式作品または公式発言であると誤認させる表現
第三者の著作物・商標・肖像等を無断で使用した内容
AI生成作品をファン創作として投稿・共有する行為
その他、運営が不適切と判断する内容
本規定に違反する作品については、削除依頼や紹介対象外とする場合があります。
The following types of creations and uses are strictly prohibited:
Content that violates laws or public order and morals
Excessively violent, sexual, or similar inappropriate content
Content that includes defamation or attacks against specific individuals, organizations, ideologies, religions, or political positions
Content that may be mistaken as official works or statements
Unauthorized use of third-party copyrights, trademarks, likenesses, or other rights
Posting or sharing AI-generated works as fan creations
Any other content deemed inappropriate by the Operator
Works that violate these provisions may be subject to removal requests or exclusion from official features.
原則として、ファン創作物の商用利用（販売・収益化等）は禁止とします。
ただし、以下の場合は例外とします。
個人が同人活動として小規模に頒布する場合（常識的な範囲内）
各プラットフォームの収益化機能（YouTube広告収益等）を利用する場合
なお、法人による利用や大規模な販売・展開を行う場合は、事前に運営の許諾が必要です。
「公式による商用利用可」の設定を付けてCharaforioに投稿された作品については、以下の用途で使用させていただく場合があります。
同人誌・公式冊子への掲載
グッズ化
広告・プロモーション素材
大規模企画におけるキービジュアル等
上記利用を行う場合は、事前に該当クリエイターへ連絡を行います。
Works posted on Charaforio with the setting “Commercial Use by Official Allowed” may be used by the Operator for the following purposes:
Inclusion in doujin publications or official booklets
Merchandise production
Advertising and promotional materials
Key visuals for large-scale projects
In such cases, the relevant creator will be contacted in advance.
公式タグ付きで投稿された作品は、運営の裁量により以下の形で紹介される場合があります。
公式アカウントからのリポスト（任意・不定期）
YouTube配信・動画内での紹介（任意・不定期）
Works posted with the official tag may be featured at the Operator’s discretion in the following ways:
Reposts from official accounts (optional, irregular)
Features within YouTube streams or videos (optional, irregular)
YouTubeサムネイル用のファンアートを随時募集しています。 運営のイメージに合致する作品については、採用させていただく場合があります。
We are continuously accepting fan art submissions for use in YouTube thumbnails. Works that align with the Operator’s image may be selected.
ファン創作物の著作権は原則として創作者に帰属します。 ただし、本ガイドラインに基づき、運営は無償で紹介・利用を行う権利を有するものとします。
Copyright of fan creations belongs to the creator in principle.
However, the Operator retains the right to use and showcase such works free of charge in accordance with these guidelines.
ファン創作に関連して発生したトラブル・損害について、運営は一切の責任を負いません。
The Operator assumes no responsibility for any disputes or damages arising from fan creation activities.
本ガイドラインは、予告なく変更される場合があります。最新の内容をご確認の上、ご利用ください。
